These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hmcourses.com and the online courses and services provided by HMCourses ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing the website, purchasing a course, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction) to use the service. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Our Service
HMCourses offers digital online courses and learning content. Access to a course is granted through the purchase of a course or a bundle, and may be delivered through a personal order link or an account you access on the website. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
3. Purchases and Payments
- Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order already placed.
- Payment is processed through a third-party provider (Stripe). By completing a purchase you authorize the payment method used and agree to the provider's terms.
- Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer.
- You are responsible for ensuring the payment information you provide is accurate and current.
4. Refunds
Because courses are digital content that you receive immediate access to upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law or where a course you purchased cannot be delivered. 5. Access to Your Courses
- Your access is personal and non-transferable.
- You must not share your order link, access code, or login details with others.
- If you lose access (for example, you can no longer find your order), you may use the "Find Your Purchase" flow on our homepage to recover access using the email address associated with your purchase, or contact support.
- We may revoke access for any violation of these Terms.
6. License to Course Content
All course content — including lessons, videos, text, quizzes, images, and related materials — is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course content solely for your own personal learning during the term of your access. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the content for any commercial or public purpose without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HMCourses SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE OR BUNDLE TO WHICH THE CLAIM RELATES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HMCourses and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HMCourses is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising under these Terms.
